What I love about Eumundi

Eumundi is a small town approximately 20 minutes from Noosa Heads.  Known for its vibrant art scene, Eumundi offers a unique, laid-back lifestyle.

One of the town’s most popular attractions are the Eumundi Markets.  Held every Wednesday and Saturday, the markets feature a huge range of handmade and locally sourced products, from food and produce to clothing and accessories. It’s a great place to meet new people, sample local delicacies, and support small businesses and artisans.

The Eumundi School of Arts, located in the heart of the town, hosts regular exhibitions, concerts, and workshops. There are also a number of local galleries and studios where artists showcase their work.

For those who enjoy the outdoors, Eumundi is surrounded by lush forests and national parks. Mount Cooroy is a popular hiking destination, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The nearby Noosa River also provides opportunities for kayaking, fishing, and swimming.

“Eumundi has everything you need for day-to-day living. There are several supermarkets, a post office, a pharmacy, and a number of cafes and restaurants. The town also has a primary school and a community kindergarten.” says Paul.

Eumundi real estate and property styles

Eumundi offers a diverse range of housing styles ranging from traditional Queenslanders, to modern homes, and acreage properties.

Eumundi is surrounded by beautiful countryside, and many people choose to live on acreage properties. These homes are often set on large blocks of land and offer plenty of privacy and space.

Eumundi has a growing number of new homes, particularly on the outskirts of town. These homes often have contemporary designs and features including open-plan living spaces and energy-efficient technology. While Eumundi is primarily a town of houses, there are a few apartment and townhouse complexes in the town. These are typically smaller, more affordable options for those who prefer low-maintenance living.

Eumundi’s rich history means there are still a number of charming Queenslanders and heritage-listed homes still dotted throughout the area.
